Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Our Role

Tickets.btaqa is a ticketing platform. We are not the organiser of any event. All refund requests must be directed to the event organiser.

2. Service Fees — Non-Refundable

The Tickets.btaqa service fee charged at checkout is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including:

• Event cancellation
• Event postponement
• Attendee cancellation
• Payment disputes

This fee covers the technology service we provide and is retained regardless of the outcome of the event.

3. Ticket Refunds

Refund eligibility and processing is entirely at the discretion of the event organiser. Tickets.btaqa has no authority to issue refunds on behalf of organisers.

To request a ticket refund:

1. Contact the event organiser directly using the contact information on the event page
2. The organiser will process any approved refund via their Mollie account
3. Refunds, if approved, will be returned to the original payment method

4. Cancelled Events

If an event is cancelled by the organiser:

• The organiser is solely responsible for notifying Attendees and processing refunds
• Tickets.btaqa will make reasonable efforts to notify Attendees by email if informed of a cancellation
• The Tickets.btaqa service fee remains non-refundable even in the case of event cancellation

5. Postponed Events

If an event is postponed:

• The organiser determines whether existing tickets remain valid for the new date
• Refund eligibility for postponed events is at the organiser’s discretion

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is reversed by your bank, no ticket will be issued. Contact your bank or Mollie support for payment disputes.
